Our Members and their amazing families truly make Grand Valley the best Martial Arts Gym in the Valley! Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way, including all visitors who brought their own unique styles of training, helping us all to learn and grow in our personal art of jiu-jitsu and muay thai. This Gold Medal Award belongs to everyone who has walked through our doors and especially all our wonderful Members who have brought within themselves the discipline, strength, courage and respect challenging others to push their own limits and find the power and confidence within themselves to overcome physical and mental barriers.
