Grand Valley Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is proud to announce the arrival of Betina Penedo! Betina is a multiple Pan Ams Gi and Nogi Champion and a Brazilian National Nogi Champion. Currently training under Roli Delgado with Westside MMA in Little Rock Arkansas with GFTeam Betina brings her own unique style to the mats. Betina will be coaching classes Wednesday Jan 16-20 with a seminar on Saturday Jan 19th. Betina will also be available for Privates. We are super excited to have the opportunity to train with her!
